Wash and cut the veggies into thin slices. Pour the olive oil into a large sauce pan or frying pan. Add the onion, garlic, red pepper, snow peas, and zuccini. When the veggies start to have a golden color add the wine. Let it cook slowly over low heat until the wine is evaporated. Then add the cream, salt, and pepper.
