Mediterranean pasta

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack Brown n serve sausage
2 \N Onions; sliced thin
1 \N Garlic clove; minced
1 tablespoon Olive oil
2 \N Zucchini; sliced thin
½ teaspoon Basil; dry
¼ teaspoon Oregano; dried
\N dash Ground pepper
2 \N Tomatoes; seeded and cut into pieces
\N \N Hot cooked spaghetti
\N \N Grated parmesan cheese

Cook sausage in large skillet over medium heat until lightly browned.

Remove sausage from skillet, cut into thirds, and reserve. Add onions, garlic, and oil to same skillet. Cook and stir over medium heat until onions are soft. Add zucchini, basil, oregano, salt and pepper; cook 5 minutes more. Add tomatoes and reserved sausage; cover and simmer 10 minutes more, stirring occasionally.
