| 1 | pint | Cider vinegar |
| 1 | pounds | Maytag bleu cheese; crumbled |
| 3 | ounces | Heavy cream |
| TT black pepper | ||
| TT kosher salt | ||
Directions
1. Combine all of the above and mix to a smooth consistency.
2. Adjust seasoning
3. Chill before serving!
