Maytag bleu cheese vinaigrette

Measure Ingredient
3 pints Olive oil
1 pint Cider vinegar
1 pounds Maytag bleu cheese; crumbled
3 ounces Heavy cream
\N \N TT black pepper
\N \N TT kosher salt

1. Combine all of the above and mix to a smooth consistency.

2. Adjust seasoning

3. Chill before serving!

Not for the weak hearted..Only us Bleu cheese Lovers! NOTES : yields 35 ounces
