Molded blue cheese salad

| 2 | packs | Gelatin, unflavored |
| 1 | quart | Milk; divided |
| 16 | ounces | Cream cheese; softened |
| 6 | ounces | Cheese, blue; crumbled |
| 1 | pint | Strawberries, fresh; sliced |
| Pineapple slices | ||
| Sour cream | ||
Directions
Soften gelatin in ½ cup cold milk for 5 minutes. Heat remaining milk; add gelatin and stir until dissolved. Cool until slightly thickened. Blend cream cheese and blue cheese; gradually add gelatin mixture, beating until smooth and fluffy. Pour into mold. Chill until firm. Serve with strawberries, pineapple slices, and sour cream.
