Molded blue cheese salad

Ingredients

2packsGelatin, unflavored
1quartMilk; divided
16ouncesCream cheese; softened
6ouncesCheese, blue; crumbled
1pintStrawberries, fresh; sliced
Pineapple slices
Sour cream

Directions

Soften gelatin in ½ cup cold milk for 5 minutes. Heat remaining milk; add gelatin and stir until dissolved. Cool until slightly thickened. Blend cream cheese and blue cheese; gradually add gelatin mixture, beating until smooth and fluffy. Pour into mold. Chill until firm. Serve with strawberries, pineapple slices, and sour cream.
