Maureen's magic marinade

Measure Ingredient
2 tablespoons Oil
2 tablespoons Lemon or lime juice
Fresh fennel

Mix together the oil, lemon or lime juice, fennel and salt and pepper.

Brush on the fish while cooking. To serve, make up a white sauce and add pernod and chopped fennel. Season to taste and drizzle over fish.
