12 ounces | Semisweet chocolate chips |

½ cup | Chopped nuts |
1. Melt together until *just begins* to boil: butter, water, sugar. Remove from heat 2. Add flour, soda and ½ of chips 3. Add eggs, one at a time and mix well after each 4. add vanilla 5.stir in nuts and remaining chips 6. pour into 8 or 9" square pan and bake 350 degrees 30-35 minutes.
