Mary's hoisin chicken

Ingredients

3poundsChicken thighs, legs, OR pieces
¼cupHoisin sauce
¼cupPlum chutney, OR plum sauce
¼cupSoy sauce
1mediumPiece fresh ginger root, thinly sliced
1Lime, juice of *
3tablespoonsCornstarch

Directions

Mix all the ingredients (except chicken) in a bowl. Add chicken; coat well and put it all in a crockpot. Cook 5-6 hours on low. Serve with rice. Me ke aloha, Mary
