Marshmallow fudge (edwards)

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Brown sugar
1 cup Powdered sugar
2 ounces Chocolate
Cream of tartar; a pinch
1 cup Water
¼ cup Marshmallows

Cook all ingredients, except marshmallows to soft ball stage. Remove from fire and beat until creamy. Add marshmallows cut up. Pour into buttered pan, mark in squares.
