Marsala melons

Measure Ingredient
\N \N Sweet Marsala wine
2 tablespoons Salad oil
1 tablespoon Honey
½ teaspoon Shredded lime peel
1 tablespoon Lime juice
½ teaspoon Poppy seed
1 \N Orange
1 small Cantaloupe
2 \N Peaches
1½ cup Blueberries

To a jar with a tight-fitting lid add wine, salad oil, honey, lime peel, lime juice & poppy seeds. Put lid on & shake until well mixed. Chill until ready to use. With a melon baller scoop cantaloupe into balls & place in a bowl. Add orange sections & peach slices to bowl. Shake dressing & pour over fruit to serve.

Approximately 4-7 minutes.
