Fresh fruit marsala

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Marsala wine
4 tablespoons Honey
2 \N 2\" strips lemon peel
2 \N 2\" strips orange peel
4 \N Whole cloves
1 \N 4\" stick cinnamon
¼ cup Orange luice
1 small Honeydew melon
1 pint Strawbenles
2 \N Papayas


Heat all sauce ingredients exxcept juice in a saucepan until honey melts.

Remove from heat, add juice. Let stand 1 hour. Cut melon into 4 wedges; remove seeds. Cut each wedge horizontally in half then in thin slices lengthwise; trim rind. Wash, then hull strawberries. Cut berries in halt.

Seed,peel papava . Cut into chunks. Combine fruit and sauce. seres 6.
