Fresh fruit marsala

Ingredients

| 1 | cup | Marsala wine |
| 4 | tablespoons | Honey |
| 2 | 2\" strips lemon peel | |
| 2 | 2\" strips orange peel | |
| 4 | Whole cloves | |
| 1 | 4\" stick cinnamon | |
| ¼ | cup | Orange luice |
| 1 | small | Honeydew melon |
| 1 | pint | Strawbenles |
| 2 | Papayas | |
Directions
SAUCE
Heat all sauce ingredients exxcept juice in a saucepan until honey melts.
Remove from heat, add juice. Let stand 1 hour. Cut melon into 4 wedges; remove seeds. Cut each wedge horizontally in half then in thin slices lengthwise; trim rind. Wash, then hull strawberries. Cut berries in halt.
Seed,peel papava . Cut into chunks. Combine fruit and sauce. seres 6.
