Yield: 1 Servings
|8 cups||Melon balls*; Your fave variety|
|2 tablespoons||Fresh lime juice|
|¼ teaspoon||Ground cinnamon|
|¼ teaspoon||Ground coriander|
|½ cup||Fresh mint leaves; coarsely chopped|
|2 tablespoons||Rum; peppermint schnapps, or melon liqueur, optional|
Combine all the ingredients and chill at least 30 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
*If you don't have a melon baller then just cut the peeled melon into bite-size pieces.
