Marjoram-scented red bell pepper dressing

Ingredients

| ½ | Lime; juiced | |
| ⅓ | cup | Balsamic vinegar |
| 1 | teaspoon | Chopped shallots |
| ½ | cup | Olive oil |
| ½ | cup | Vegetable oil |
| 3 | tablespoons | Toasted pine nuts |
| 1 | medium | Red bell pepper roasted, peeled & diced |
| ½ | tablespoon | Marjoram |
Directions
Strain the lime juice into a large mixing bowl with the vinegar. Add shallots and slowly whisk in both oils. Add remaining ingredients and allow the herb to infuse for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
