Marinated venison kabobs

Ingredients

QuantityIngredient
1poundsVenison steak -- or
Tenderloin
Cut into 1\" chunks
¼cupWine vinegar
¼cupCatsup
¼cupCooking oil
1tablespoonWorcestershire sauce
1Clove garlic, minced -- or
Garlic powder
½teaspoonSalt
½teaspoonDry mustard
dashOr two of pepper

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Place meat in ziploc plastic bag, cover with marinade. Close bag and refrigerate 6 hours or overnight, turning bag occasionally. Cut up favorite veggies (I use green, yellow, & red pepper, onion and mushrooms). Alternate veggies and meat, brush vegies with extra marinade and grill!
