Marinated green bean salad (dietetic/diabetic)

¼cupDairy sour cream
¼cupLo-cal Italian salad dressing
2mediumsTomatoes, peeled, cubed and drained
½cupFinely chopped onion
1can(16 oz.) cut green beans, drained

Directions

Mix together yogurt, sour cream, Italian salad dressing. Add tomato, onion and beans; mix well. Chill 3 or 4 hours before serving. Serve in lettuce cup.
