Marinated green bean salad (dietetic/diabetic)

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Plain low-fat yogurt
¼ cup Dairy sour cream
¼ cup Lo-cal Italian salad dressing
2 mediums Tomatoes, peeled, cubed and drained
½ cup Finely chopped onion
1 can (16 oz.) cut green beans, drained

Mix together yogurt, sour cream, Italian salad dressing. Add tomato, onion and beans; mix well. Chill 3 or 4 hours before serving. Serve in lettuce cup.
