Marinated chicken with a sweet mango dip

Measure Ingredient
1 \N 150 gram car natural yoghurt
1 teaspoon Tomato pur‚e
2 teaspoons Schwartz Medium Madras Curry Powder
½ teaspoon Schwartz Garlic Granules
1 teaspoon Schwartz Coriander Leaf
450 grams Boneless chicken breasts; cubed (1 lb)
1 \N 150 gram car natural yoghurt
2 tablespoons Mango chutney
½ teaspoon Schwartz Coriander Leaf

DIP

Blend the yoghurt with the tomato pur‚e and spices. Stir in the chicken.

Cover and allow to marinate for one hour in the refrigerator.

Thread the chicken onto 8 satay sticks or 4 skewers and place under a pre-heated grill for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally.

Mix the dip ingredients together and serve with the kebabs.
