3 bunches | Fresh broccoli |
1 cup | Vinegar |
1½ cup | Vegetable oil |
1 tablespoon | Sugar |
1 tablespoon | Dill seed |
1 tablespoon | Accent |
1 teaspoon | Salt |
1 teaspoon | Pepper |
1 teaspoon | Garlic salt |
Divide the broccoli into flowerets.
Combine the remaining ingredients and marinate the broccoli in refrigerator over night.
Drain before serving.
