Marinated broccoli and cauliflower salad

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Head cauliflower; cut into florets
1 \N Head broccoli; cut into florets
1 medium Onion; diced
8 \N Mushrooms; quartered
1 medium Sweet red bell pepper; diced
½ cup Vinegar; (or white wine
\N \N ; vinegar)
¾ cup Vegetable oil; (or olive oil)
⅓ cup Sugar
2 tablespoons Dry mustard
1 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoons Poppy seeds

MARINADE

In a small mixing bowl, combine all marinade ingredients and blend till sugar is dissolved. In a large mixing bowl, combine all dry ingredients.

Drizzle marinade over vegetables and toss gently until all are well coated.

Refrigerate and let marinate for at least 4 hours. Toss and serve.

Incredibly delicious! Serves 8 - 10.
