Maple ice cream

| 4 | eaches | Egg yolks |
| Salt | ||
| 1½ | teaspoon | Vanilla |
| 1½ | cup | Cream |
| ½ | cup | Pecanse; chopped |
Directions
Heat syrup and pour over egg yolks. Cool, add salt, vanilla and whipped cream. Beat thoroughly and freeze.
