| Superfine sugar or exotic honey, to taste, leatherwood honey from tasmania | ||
| 4 | Chilled kiwis; peeled and thinly sliced | |
| Fresh mint leaves; for garnish | ||
Directions
Puree mango through a food mill; season to taste with lime juice, sugar or honey. Spread puree on bottom of a chilled dessert plate and center kiwi slices in the middle; garnish with mint Yield: 4 servings
