Make ahead low fat caesar dressing

Ingredients

½cupButtermilk
½cupNonfat yogurt
¼cupFreshly grated parmesan cheese
¼cupLemon juice
2Shallot; chopped
3Cloves garlic; minced
3Filets anchovies; minced
2teaspoonsLemon peel; grated
1dashLea and Perrins Worchestershire Sauce; to taste

Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until well mixed. Refrigerate for at least one day. Best if made three days prior to use. Use as dressing or dip for romaine leaves.
