½ cup | Or to taste frsh diced ripe pineapple (omit if you dont want it) |
1 cup | Turkey stock (chicken is fine too) |

\N \N | Poultry seasoning to taste (optional) |
Saute onions and celery crisp tender in the turkey drippings.Stir in bread cubes, nuts and pineapple.
