Macadamia turkey stuffing

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Pan drippings from turkey roasting pan
½ cup Chopped onions
¾ cup Chopped celery
4 cups Dry bread cubes
½ cup Chopped macadamia nuts
½ cup Or to taste frsh diced ripe pineapple (omit if you dont want it)
1 cup Turkey stock (chicken is fine too)
2 \N Eggs
\N \N Salt and pepper to taste
\N \N Poultry seasoning to taste (optional)

Saute onions and celery crisp tender in the turkey drippings.Stir in bread cubes, nuts and pineapple.
