Macadamia-nut turkey stuffing

Yield: 12 lb turkey

Measure Ingredient
8 cups Bread Cubes
6 tablespoons Butter -=OR=-
6 tablespoons Margarine;
1 cup Onion; chopped
1 medium Clove garlic; minced
½ cup Celery; chopped
½ cup Celery leaves; chopped
½ teaspoon Dried sage;
½ teaspoon Dried thyme;
1½ teaspoon Salt;
½ teaspoon Black pepper;
3½ ounce (1 jar) macadamia nuts; chopped
¼ cup To 1/2 c chicken broth;

Place the bread cubes in a large bowl. Melt the butter in a skillet; saute the onion, garlic, celery and celery leaves 10 minutes. Add vegetables to bread cubes and toss with sage, thyme, salt and pepper, and nuts. If stuffing seems very dry, moisten with broth. Cool stuffing before putting into turkey.
