Macadamia-nut turkey stuffing

1 | cup | Onion; chopped |
1 | medium | Clove garlic; minced |
½ | cup | Celery; chopped |
½ | cup | Celery leaves; chopped |
½ | teaspoon | Dried sage; |
½ | teaspoon | Dried thyme; |
1½ | teaspoon | Salt; |
½ | teaspoon | Black pepper; |
3½ | ounce | (1 jar) macadamia nuts; chopped |
¼ | cup | To 1/2 c chicken broth; |
Directions
Place the bread cubes in a large bowl. Melt the butter in a skillet; saute the onion, garlic, celery and celery leaves 10 minutes. Add vegetables to bread cubes and toss with sage, thyme, salt and pepper, and nuts. If stuffing seems very dry, moisten with broth. Cool stuffing before putting into turkey.
