Macadamia-nut turkey stuffing

12 lb turkey

1cupOnion; chopped
1mediumClove garlic; minced
½cupCelery; chopped
½cupCelery leaves; chopped
½teaspoonDried sage;
½teaspoonDried thyme;
teaspoonSalt;
½teaspoonBlack pepper;
ounce(1 jar) macadamia nuts; chopped
¼cupTo 1/2 c chicken broth;

Directions

Place the bread cubes in a large bowl. Melt the butter in a skillet; saute the onion, garlic, celery and celery leaves 10 minutes. Add vegetables to bread cubes and toss with sage, thyme, salt and pepper, and nuts. If stuffing seems very dry, moisten with broth. Cool stuffing before putting into turkey.
