|1 can||Dark red kidney beans; (15 oz.) rinsed and|
|¼ cup||Minced onion; chopped celery and|
|Chopped green pepper|
|1½ tablespoon||White wine vinegar and oil|
|¾ teaspoon||Chili powder|
|¼ teaspoon||Salt; (1/4 to 1/2)|
Core and dice pear. Combine with beans, onion, celery and green pepper; mix well. Combine remaining ingredients; stir into pear-bean mixture. Chill.
