Lumpia sauce

| Quantity | Ingredient | |

| 3 | \N | Cloves garlic, crushed |
| ½ | cup | Red wine vinegar |
| 1 | teaspoon | Black pepper |
| 1 | tablespoon | Fish sauce |
| 1 | \N | Red chiles, finely chopped |
Mix all together at least one day prior to serving.
NOTES : A must for lumpia. Dip those little lumpia into this sauce and your tastebuds will kiss you!
