Low-fat blue cheese dressing

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Fat-free cottage cheese; (8 oz.)
1 cup Nonfat plain yogurt; (8 oz.)
2 tablespoons Chopped onion
1 \N Clove garlic; minced
1 tablespoon Crumbed blue cheese

In a blender or food processor, combine cottage cheese, yogurt, onion and garlic. Process until smooth. Stir in blue cheese. Stor, covered in refrigerator. Yield; 1¾ cups. Diabetic Exchanges: One serving (1 Tbsp.) equals a fee food; also, 11 calories, 34 mg. sodium, 1 mg. cholesterol, 1 gr. carbohydrate, 2 grams protein, trace fat.
