Yield: 8 servings
|1 pounds||Navy beans|
|1 tablespoon||Garlic, minced|
|5 cups||Tomatoes, diced|
|¼ cup||Brown sugar|
Soak beans overnight in water to cover. Drain and rinse beans. Place in slow cooker.
Add remaining ingredients except salt.
Cover and cook on low for 7-9 hours or until beans are soft and most of the liquid has been absorbed. Salt to taste.
