2cupsNavy beans
1teaspoonLiquid smoke
2teaspoonsSalt
½teaspoonDry mustard
½teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
1mediumOnion; chopped
¼cupOrange blossom honey
1tablespoonBrown sugar

Directions

Wash beans and cover with cold water and soak overnight. Drain, cover with fresh water and cook slowly until skins break. Turn beans into a large casserole dish. Mix liquid smoke, salt, brown sugar, honey, mustard, onion and worcestershire, add 1 c. boiling water, mix well and pour over beans.
