Low fat chewy spice cookies

| ¼ | cup | Molasses |

| 2 | teaspoons | Baking soda |
| 1 | teaspoon | Ground ginger |
| 1 | teaspoon | Ground cinnamon |
| ½ | teaspoon | Ground cloves sugar |
Directions
In a bowl, combine brown sugar, applesauce, molasses and egg substitute until well blended. Combine flour, baking soda, and spices; stir into molasses mixture. Drop by teaspoonfuls 2" apart onto baking sheets that have been lightly coated with nonstick cooking spray. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
Yields: 3½ dozen
