Recipe rescue low fat molasses-spice cookies

¾cupNonfat plain yogurt

2tablespoonsCanola oil
cupSifted cake flour
teaspoonCinnamon
teaspoonGinger
½teaspoonBaking soda
½teaspoonMace
½teaspoonCloves
½teaspoonSalt

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Prepare baking sheets with parchment paper or nonstick spray. Whisk together molasses, yogurt, sugar and oil. Stir together flour, spices, soda and salt.
