Louisiana cocktail sauce

Yield: 1 cup

Measure Ingredient
¾ cup Catsup
Juice of 1 lemon
2 teaspoons Prepared horseradish
¼ teaspoon Tabasco sauce or oth
Pinch of salt
Freshly ground peppe

Combine all the ingredients in a small stainless steel or other nonreactive bowl and mix well. Let stand at room temp for 30 mintues. Serve with crab cakes, boiled or fried shrimp, or oysters.
