1½ pounds | Lean hamburger meat |

⅛ teaspoon | Pepper |
2 cans | Tomatoes (up to) |
2 cans | Kidney beans |
In a heavy skillet, saut onions, bell peppers and celery; add ground meat and brown lightly. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 60 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.
