Louisiana chili

| 3 | tablespoons | Cooking oil |
| 1½ | pounds | Lean hamburger meat |
| 2 | tablespoons | Flour |
| 2 | tablespoons | Chili powder |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| 2 | cans | Tomatoes (up to) |
| 2 | cans | Kidney beans |
Directions
In a heavy skillet, saut onions, bell peppers and celery; add ground meat and brown lightly. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 60 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.
