Lobster roll

Ingredients

3tablespoonsOlive oil
1tablespoonVinegar
Salt and freshly ground pepper
½cupMayonnaise
2tablespoonsChili sauce
2teaspoonsDill, chopped
2tablespoonsScallions, finely chopped
cupCelery, finely chopped
Tabasco sauce, to taste
2cupsLobster meat, cut bite-size
8Kaiser rolls, toasted
Lettuce leaves

Directions

Combine oil and vinegar in a mixing bowl; add a sprinkling of salt and pepper. Mix well with a fork.

Stir in mayonnaise, chili sauce, dill, scallions and celery. Add Tabasco and lobster meat. Blend well.

Use as a filling for toasted Kaiser rolls. Garnish each sandwich with lettuce leaves.
