Yield: 1 Servings
|3 tablespoons||Olive oil|
|\N \N||Salt and freshly ground pepper|
|2 tablespoons||Chili sauce|
|2 teaspoons||Dill, chopped|
|2 tablespoons||Scallions, finely chopped|
|⅔ cup||Celery, finely chopped|
|\N \N||Tabasco sauce, to taste|
|2 cups||Lobster meat, cut bite-size|
|8 \N||Kaiser rolls, toasted|
|\N \N||Lettuce leaves|
Combine oil and vinegar in a mixing bowl; add a sprinkling of salt and pepper. Mix well with a fork.
Stir in mayonnaise, chili sauce, dill, scallions and celery. Add Tabasco and lobster meat. Blend well.
Use as a filling for toasted Kaiser rolls. Garnish each sandwich with lettuce leaves.
