Lobster roll

| 1 | tablespoon | Vinegar |
| Salt and freshly ground pepper | ||
| ½ | cup | Mayonnaise |
| 2 | tablespoons | Chili sauce |
| 2 | teaspoons | Dill, chopped |
| 2 | tablespoons | Scallions, finely chopped |
| ⅔ | cup | Celery, finely chopped |
| Tabasco sauce, to taste | ||
| 2 | cups | Lobster meat, cut bite-size |
| 8 | Kaiser rolls, toasted | |
| Lettuce leaves | ||
Directions
Combine oil and vinegar in a mixing bowl; add a sprinkling of salt and pepper. Mix well with a fork.
Stir in mayonnaise, chili sauce, dill, scallions and celery. Add Tabasco and lobster meat. Blend well.
Use as a filling for toasted Kaiser rolls. Garnish each sandwich with lettuce leaves.
