Mini lobster rolls

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Stick butter
\N \N 8 ounces processed Cheddar cheese
1 pack (1 pound) langostino
1 \N Loaf white bread slices

Melt butter and cheese in pan. Add langostino after rinsing in cold water and draining throughly. Cut edges off bread. Place 1 tablespoon of mixture on each slice of bread and roll up jelly-roll fashion. Secure with toothpicks; at this point they can be refrigerated. When ready to eat, bake at 400, until golden brown..Slice each roll in half before serving.

NOTES : Makes 26 rolls.
