Lobster boats

Ingredients

| ½ | pounds | Cooked lobster meat, chopped |
| ¼ | cup | Condensed cream of mushroom soup |
| 2 | tablespoons | Bread crumbs |
| 2 | tablespoons | Mayonnaise |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Worcestershire sauce |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Tabasco sauce Pepper to taste |
| 24 | Mushrooms, about 1 1/2\" diameter, stems removed Grated Parmesan cheese | |
Directions
Preheat oven to 400. Combine lobster, soup, bread crumbs, mayonnaise, Worcestershire and Tabasco sauces and pepper. Stuff each mushroom cap with 1 tb lobster mixture. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Place on a 15X10X1" bking pan. Bake 10-15 minutes or until lightly browned.
Serve hot.
