Live-well: frozen yogurt

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
4 larges Ripe bananas
1½ cup Low-fat plain yogurt
¼ cup Liquid honey
1 tablespoon Lemon juice

In food processor, blender or food mill, pure bananas. Blend in yogurt, honey and lemon juice. Freeze in ice cream maker following manufacturer's instructions. Or cover and freeze in shallow metal pan for 3-4 hours or until almost firm.

Break up mixture and pure in food processor, in batches if necessary, until smooth. Freeze in chilled airtight container for 1 hour or until firm.

Per Serving: about 125 calories, 3 g protein, 1 g fat, 28 g carbohydrate
