|¼ cup||Olive or vegetable oil|
|½ teaspoon||Garlic powder|
|4 \N||Bone-in chicken breasts|
|\N \N||(about 2 lbs.)|
|1 pounds||All-purpose potatoes, cut|
|\N \N||Into small chunks.|
|2 \N||Carrots, sliced|
Preheat oven to 450 deg. In a large plastic bag or bowl, add all ingrediants and shake, or toss in bowl, until chicken and vegetables are evenly coated. In a 13 x 9-inch baking or roasting pan, arrange chicken, breast side up, and vegetables; discard bag. Bake uncovered, basting halfway through, 45 min. or until chicken and vegetables are done.
