Lipton onion-roasted chicken and vegetables

| ¼ | cup | Olive or vegetable oil |
| ½ | teaspoon | Garlic powder |
| 4 | Bone-in chicken breasts | |
| (about 2 lbs.) | ||
| 1 | pounds | All-purpose potatoes, cut |
| Into small chunks. | ||
| 2 | Carrots, sliced | |
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 deg. In a large plastic bag or bowl, add all ingrediants and shake, or toss in bowl, until chicken and vegetables are evenly coated. In a 13 x 9-inch baking or roasting pan, arrange chicken, breast side up, and vegetables; discard bag. Bake uncovered, basting halfway through, 45 min. or until chicken and vegetables are done.
