Lipton onion-roasted chicken and vegetables

1Envelope Lipton Onion Soup
Mix
¼cupOlive or vegetable oil
½teaspoonGarlic powder
4Bone-in chicken breasts
(about 2 lbs.)
1poundsAll-purpose potatoes, cut
Into small chunks.
2Carrots, sliced

Directions

Preheat oven to 450 deg. In a large plastic bag or bowl, add all ingrediants and shake, or toss in bowl, until chicken and vegetables are evenly coated. In a 13 x 9-inch baking or roasting pan, arrange chicken, breast side up, and vegetables; discard bag. Bake uncovered, basting halfway through, 45 min. or until chicken and vegetables are done.
