Lipton onion-roasted chicken and vegetables

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 Envelope Lipton Onion Soup
¼ cup Olive or vegetable oil
½ teaspoon Garlic powder
4 Bone-in chicken breasts
(about 2 lbs.)
1 pounds All-purpose potatoes, cut
Into small chunks.
2 Carrots, sliced

Preheat oven to 450 deg. In a large plastic bag or bowl, add all ingrediants and shake, or toss in bowl, until chicken and vegetables are evenly coated. In a 13 x 9-inch baking or roasting pan, arrange chicken, breast side up, and vegetables; discard bag. Bake uncovered, basting halfway through, 45 min. or until chicken and vegetables are done.
