¼cupOnions; chopped
2tablespoonsMargarine or butter
Juice of one lemon
½teaspoonSalt
1tablespoonFresh parsley or dried parsley flak
¼teaspoonLeaf thyme
¼teaspoonPaprika

Directions

Rinse chicken well and pat dry; remove any excess fat. Place onion in the cavity of the chicken and rub the skin with butter or margarine.
