Liptauer kase (cheese)

Ingredients

| 8 | ounces | Softened butter |
| 16 | ounces | Softened cream cheese |
| 1 | tablespoon | Grated onions |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Dijon mustard |
| 1 | teaspoon | Ground caraway seeds; (up to 1-1/2) |
| 2 | teaspoons | Chopped parsley |
| 2 | teaspoons | Chopped chives |
| 2 | teaspoons | Chopped capers |
Directions
Mix ingredients well. Shape into mound. Sprinkle parsley or chives on top.
Serve with pretzel sticks.
