| 175 | grams | Butter |
| 1 | Onion (finely chopped) | |
| 1 | tablespoon | Kapers |
| 1 | teaspoon | Cumin |
| 1 | teaspoon | Mustard |
| Salt & pepper to taste | ||
| 1 | tablespoon | Ground Paprika, sweet |
| 500 | grams | Low fat curd cheese (quark or cottage works) |
| 1 | bunch | Chives |
Directions
Cream butter in a mixer, on setting 1, adding the onion, kapers, cumin, mustard, paprika, salt and pepper, mixing well. Put the quark in a cloth and squeeze until you get all the water out. Put all in a mixer, on setting 2, and mix until creamy. Add the chives. Form the cheese mixture on a wooden board, and refrigerate for 2 hours. Garnish with cut tomatoes and onion.
