Linguine with prosciutto & onion sauce

Directions
Saute onions with garlic in olive oil for about 5 minutes. Add prosciutto and cook a few minutes longer. Add tomato sauce and simmer for about 3-4 minutes. Add pureed plum tomatoes, salt, and pepper and simmer for 1 hour. Serve over linguine.
