Lime-shoyu vinaigrette

Ingredients

| ⅓ | cup | Fresh lime juice |
| ¼ | cup | Olive oil |
| 2 | tablespoons | Soy sauce |
| 2 | teaspoons | Dijon mustard |
Directions
1. Put all ingredients in a small jar and shake well. Use immediiately or refrigerate for up to 5 days. Bring to room temperature and shake well before using.
Makes ¾ cup.
