Hot dill pickles

Yield: 1 Gallon

Measure Ingredient
1 gallon Cucumbers
1½ tablespoon Mustard seed
1½ teaspoon Alum
1 small Onion
2 \N Cloves garlic
3 \N Hot peppers
1 \N Dill head
1 quart Vinegar
3 quarts Water
1 cup Salt

Put first seven ingredients into jars. Bring last three ingredients to a boil together and then pour into previously prepared jars. Seal.

Open in 3 to 4 weeks.
