Lime and tequila baste

Ingredients

| ½ | cup | Fresh squeezed lime juice; (4 limes) |
| 2 | tablespoons | Tequila |
| 1 | Clove garlic; minced | |
| ¾ | teaspoon | TABASCO Pepper Sauce |
| ¼ | cup | Chopped fresh coriander |
| L/2 c olive oil | ||
| Salt and pepper to taste | ||
Directions
In small bowl, combine first 5 ingredients. Gradually add olive oil and stir after each addition. Use as marinade for fish and shellfish. Drizzle over grilled fish before serving. Makes approximately l cup.
