Lemony sweet spareribs

3poundsSpareribs; cut in serving size pieces
6ouncesLemonade concentrate; thawed and undiluted
cupWater
3tablespoonsSoy sauce
½teaspoonSalt
3tablespoonsCatsup
3tablespoonsSugar, brown
2tablespoonsWater
2tablespoonsCornstarch

Directions

Place spareribs in a large Dutch oven; cover with salted water, and cook over low heat 1 hour. Drain.

Combine next 6 ingredients, and pour over ribs. Cover and cook over low heat 1 hour. Remove ribs to serving platter.

Combine 2 tablespoons water and cornstarch, stirring until smooth; add to pan drippings. Cook until thickened and bubbly, stirring constantly. Serve sauce with ribs.
