Lemon salad dressing (weight watchers)

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Low-fat yogurt
1½ teaspoon Freshly squeezed lemon juice*
¾ teaspoon Granulated sugar
¼ teaspoon Salt
1 dash Pepper

In small bowl combine all ingredients; cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until chilled.

Yields about ¼ cup

Each 2-Tbsp serving provides:

¼ Milk,

10 Optional calories.

Per serving: 25 calories; 1 g protein; ⅖ g fat; 4 g carbohydrate; 54 mg calcium; 290 mg sodium; 2 mg cholesterol *For a more tart dressing, add up to an additional 2¼ tsp lemon juice.
