Low-calorie salad dressing

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Vinegar
¼ cup Oil
½ cup Chicken consomme or broth
1 teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Paprika
⅛ teaspoon Curry powder
⅛ teaspoon Mustard powder
⅛ teaspoon Garlic powder

Combine all ingredients. Shake well before using. Will keep for 4 to 6 weeks in the refrigerator. Calories: 33 per Tablespoon. Yield: 1 cup.
