Lemon raspberry squares

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Flour
½ cup Confectioner's sugar
½ cup Melted butter
1 cup Sugar
½ teaspoon Baking powder
2 \N Slightly beaten eggs
4 tablespoons Lemon juice
2 teaspoons Grated lemon peel
½ cup Flaked coconut
½ cup Raspberry preserves or jam

Combine flour, sugar add butter, press into 8x8 greased baking dish and bake for 15-20 min. Meanwhile combine rest of ingredients except preserves.

When shell is done, spread jelly or preserves, then pur rest of ingredients over the top. bake 25 min. Chill. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
