Lemon cheese squares

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack Yellow Cake Mix
8 ounces Cream Cheese; softened
⅓ cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
2 \N Egg
⅓ cup Oil

Oven at 350°. Mix dry cake mix, 1 egg and oil until crumbly; reserve 1 c.

Pat remaining mixture lightly in an ungreased 13 x 9" pan.

Bake 15 minutes. Beat cheese, sugar, juice and 1 egg until light and smooth. Spread over baked layer. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture.

Bake 15 minutes more. Cool and cut into bars.
