½ cup | Orange juice concentrate |
¼ cup | Lemon juice, fresh |
1 tablespoon | Lemon zest + 1 tsp |
½ teaspoon | Vanilla extract |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl stir together 2 c flour, and ¼ cup plus 2 T powdered sugar. Cut the margarine into the mixture until crumbly.
Pat the dough into a 15 by 10 inch non-stick baking pan. Bake the crust til set, 10 to 15 minutes.
Cool, then sprinkle with remaining 2 T powdered sugar and then cut into 48 squares.
