Lemon marinade

Measure Ingredient
\N \N Suitable for pork, chicken
\N \N And fish.
15 millilitres 1 tbsp sunflower oil.
1 \N Clove garlic, crushed.
\N \N Juice of half a lemon.
\N \N Ground black pepper.
30 millilitres 2 tbsp chopped fresh herbs, or 2,5 ml half tsp dried mixed herbs.

Mix all ingredients together. Leave to marinade for at least half an hour.

Cook over a barbecue, under the grill or in the oven at 200 c, 400 f, gas 6. VARIATION Try spices instead of the herbs.
