Lemon marinade

Ingredients

| And fish. | ||
| 15 | millilitres | 1 tbsp sunflower oil. |
| 1 | Clove garlic, crushed. | |
| Juice of half a lemon. | ||
| Ground black pepper. | ||
| 30 | millilitres | 2 tbsp chopped fresh herbs, or 2,5 ml half tsp dried mixed herbs. |
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Leave to marinade for at least half an hour.
Cook over a barbecue, under the grill or in the oven at 200 c, 400 f, gas 6. VARIATION Try spices instead of the herbs.
